Their ordering process is also very professional. They provide the finished product image so it's easy for us to imagine how it would look like. Communication was awesome, replied quickly with alternative options which would work best for both of us and once we were happy with the embroidery we gave him the go ahead and had our uniform sent to us within 2 weeks!! So easy to deal with, so transparent the whole way through, and we had what seemed like an unreasonable deadline. They got our shirts to us before our deadline, and the quality is great!
